I'm 16 years old (not sexually active) I had my first period 4 years ago.These 4 years everything was normal I've only lost my period once at the first 4 months and I wasn't concerned because I knew it was normal.My period came on June 8th and on June 9th I went on vacation on a different city with a very different climate than the city I live in.On July 12th I got my period again and I was still on vacation at the same city,my period is always 3 to 5 days late.This month,today August 24th my period hasn't come yet and I'm really worried.Though I need to say that the time I was on vacation (till August 21st) I would sleep really late and not get enough sleep.Also I would only ate 2 meals or less...What should I do now?I'm really stressed out and I can't just wait for my period to come,should I take an aspirin?I already changed my diet I eat full meals now and sleep as much as I can.Should I visit a doctor?12 days late for me is not normal.Please help.Thank you.
