I'm 16 and female. I've been doing a ton of working out this past week like squats, push ups, lunges, etc. I don't know exactly what excersise I was doing but I did something and now I can not bend down at all. I fractured my spine last year during gymnastics but it feels different this time. Last time I could barely bend either way but this time I can bend back but not forwards. The pain from bending forwards is the worst pain I've ever felt though. It hurts much worse than when I hurt my back last year. I don't know that I fractured it and am really really really hoping I didn't but what do you think?
