If Me & My Fiance Both Have 0+ Blood, Will This Affect Us Having Children ?

If my fiance is 0+ and I am O+ blood type. Will this affect us having children? Internet research is showing that it is not a problem, but I was wondering if anyone has dealt with this. We do not plan on having children soon, but we just discovered that we were the same blood type and I have started to become concerned about it.

one cannot predict with just blood groups, there shoiuld not be a problem as such if something happens like this. If the problem is that the child and the mother have different Rh group then it can cause problems.
