If I Have Pain With Lipoma, Does It Mean I Would Have To Get It Removed ?

If i have pain with a Lipoma Does it mean i would have to get it removed? Or does it mean it is cancerous?

Lipoma are rarely malignant.
You need to get examined by a doctor.Normally lipomas dont cause pain,but if there is then i suppose that removal is better.
