Hi, My right heel is in pain for about 2 months now suspecting a plantar fasciitis it is coz it s painful everytime I get up in the morning also due to the nature of my job standing for long hours (waitress). Got callous as well and noticed a black dot on heel. My chiropractor said I ve got falken arches/flat feet. Just bothers me the pain, black dot and callous. How can I get rid off this?
