I was recently in a car accident. Hit from begin. I have pain in my left knee, swelling, white spots that look like bone in a quarter sized circle on my knee cap (I'm sure not bone not broken but trying to drscribe properly)
Lots of swelling
Can't get out of pain to rest
Had an epidural pain shot to the left side of back 10 days ago. Felt better a few days but excruciating pain this last week. I'm bed on ice all of today
Can you give me some suggestions until healthcare reopens after Christmas Day please?
