I was brushing my teeth a few nights ago and the toothbrush slipped and hit my lower front gums, it didn't feel good. I figured I would go to sleep and be fine but it hurts to move my mouth, I have a sore on my gum that appears to be a small hole surrounded by a yellowish/ green color. Guessing it's slightly infected. Hurts to move my mouth, tried squeezing to no avail. Hurts, when I move my lip the hole moves and re opens, I feel like it may have been a blister that popped but if that was the case the fluid would have drained. I gargled with salt water, and hydrogen peroxide and it doesn't feel any better. I'm beginning to get concerned. Any advice is greatly appreciated, Thank you!
