I want to gain weight, give me a proper diet

i am 19yrs old boy and my weight is 46kg and it is not increasing after all tried application what i do now i am 19yrs old boy and my weight is 46kg. I have increase my diet also and i have also stop my exercise like running. My height is 5.6 ft. now what i do to increase my health and weight. It create a lot of problem for me in service selection.So please suggest me regarding my problem. You are very thankful to me if you decrease my problem.

ur BMI is low.take balance diet . more amount of protein(egg) to increse ur muscle mass.u can take chapati with oil.regular exercise.milk is very helpful.

Merely increasing the diet won't help. Diet should be balanced. For full diet counselling you should contact a doctor. You should continue exercise. It will keep your appetite up.
