I took family dog outside on a leash to use the restroom. I had my back to her and she took off running. She weighs about 80 lbs, I weigh 105. My arm on the leash extended all the way out and I fell and she drug me across the yard. I had huge bruise on inside of arm but didn't see it for 3 to 4 days as I could not lift my arm. I don't have insurance, but think maybe rotator cuff tear? Bruise is healing , torn mus
