I Think I'll Have An A Answer To Opiate Medication

I think I'll have an a answer to opiate medication constipation. A nutritionist told me magnesium citrate, between 250mg to 1000mg for extreme cases because everybody's body is different keeps people on opiate pain meds having regular bowel movement every morning without failure. And it's a natural supplement the body needs. And I've heard that opiate pain meds actually strip the intestines of this mineral and that's what causes the problems going to the bathroom. So it's just replacing what the opiate strips, and this is just one things that opiates take from the body, but when you need them for quality of life, you need them. What's your thoughts, you're a doctor you should either confirm or deny this?
