I take 50 mil tramadol 3x a day, + turmeric curcumin 500 mg + 2 ibuprofen a day. In last 2 months not much relief. I am 83, good health, exercise and weigh 99lbs. I use a walker and move about a lot. I am not a sitter or a tv watcher. I am a recovered alcoholic w/33yrs sobriety. My arthritis pain is getting to other parts of my body. I like tramadol because it does not alter my behavior or brain.
