I slipped and fell on ice. I had an mri done and it showed min damage to my lower back. (A slight tear on my disc but it was not leaking. I had an ultra sound done and it indicated I have some nerve damage. My lower back by my tailbone and left side everyday burns and I feel pain. One doctor said I am fine and the pain is in my head!!! The second doctor after conducting the ultrasound stated I have nerve damage. I'm taking muscle relaxers everyday. I am not a candidate for surgery. How long will this take to heal up its been 1yr even with going to physical therapy. My lower back pain is still the same..the spasms do not stop sometimes they get worse.
