I slept for about an hour after trying to sleep for quite a while(maybe two hours). I woke up from a dream(which wasn't all that scary, honestly), my whole body had kind of a pins and needles feeling and my ears were ringing. I wanted to scream sometime, but I'm not sure if it was when I was awake or asleep. I couldn't move after I woke up and I felt/feel very paranoid. Help?
