I See My Chiropractor For Regular Adjustments. For About 8-10

I see my chiropractor for regular adjustments. For about 8-10 weeks I've had recurring knee pain. I now have swelling behind my knee that my chiropractor says is a bakers cyst. I helped my daughter clean 3 houses this week and now this evening my left knee and the toes on my left foot hurt like a toothache.

I won't consider surgery so what are the probable disgnoses and what are my options?
