I saw the guy I had been dating for the past year yesterday he had told me he needed space about 2 months ago. He has a full body rash and looked like he was in a lot of pain. He said he's been dealing with this rash for a few months. Back in August he had a small patch of rash on his mid back when I saw it he said he had gotten some over the counter cream. Our last time I slept with him was Labor Day he just had the small spot still. He said he went to the doctor and got penicillin and steroid cream. He said he thought I gave it to him, I told him I haven't had a rash and still don't. Is this rash he has something I need to be worried about? If he thinks I gave it to him but I haven't had anything yet do I need to be checked
