I Recently Underwent A Total Hysterectomy To Remove Endometrial Cancer.

I recently underwent a total hysterectomy to remove endometrial cancer. This was done by key hole surgery.
Three weeks later I had a major bleed. Was given 6 units of blood and told I had an untied blood vessel that had caused an infection.
I now have the weirdest fluttering feeling under my right rib area, sometimes it feels as if I am carrying a baby that turns over! I also seem to suffer a stitch type pain if I walk any distance
Any suggestions please?
