I Recently Switched My Exercise Routine To Yoga From Spin
I recently switched my exercise routine to yoga from spin classes and weights and have alot of soreness/pain in both my forearms and elbows. Is this a normal to place to feel these pains? I also play pickleball and think that could make my elbows sore as well. I'm thinking I should take ibuprofen 4xday and rest and ice/heat my joints. Any other thoughts?
