I recently had Lasik/refractive eye surgery for high myopia(nearsightedness). What are the possible negative and or positive effects marijuana/thc might have on me while post-op 3 days. My eyes don't hurt or really feel to dry and I'm currently taking all medications given. Since marijuana/thc drops my intraocular pressure can this have a negative effect. To be more specific I'm only asking in reference to the drug, not the effects that smoke may have or possibly the dryness since I do have artificial tear drops OTC. I would ask my opthamologist, but would rather keep it hidden due to our close family history.
