I Produce Less Breast Milk. Baby Cry Vigorously. Pediatrician Says Not Enough Milk. Advise Lactogen. Good For Baby?

respected sir...my baby is 24days old ..her birth wt is3.475kg..i produce less breast milk.and it is insufficent for her..because she usually cry vigorously at night..last week i consulted a pediatrician..he told that my baby is not getting adequet breast milk ...her wt was 3.4kg..so he adviced to give lactogen 1 after breast feed..after 1week her wt increased to3.8kg..but still i am afraid of lactogen..is this is good for baby...or is this cause any harmful effects in later life...iam confused please giveme a best advice sir..please

I read your concern and would like to help you with useful information ..
I would say that you need not worry about want amount you feed your baby but even a small amount of breastmilk will help your child grow well with good health , As child grow it demands much more energy therefore providing Lactogen after feeding will help baby to meet its demand and will not cry and loss energy ,
Care should be taken when providing bottle feeding as Lactogen itself will not cause health problems but bottle if not sterlized properly it will provide gastric problems , Therefore it is well said Exclussive Breastmilk is safest for babies till 3 months , Do not be confused / stressed , Provide your baby frequent breast feeding in quite atmosphere as it will stimulate your body to provide more milk to your baby.
