I noticed these hive looking bumps on my stomach, that have white dots like its a zit. They have spread all over my upper chest, upper thighs, and front shoulders. They are itchy but they hurt to scratch. I was told by a doctor it's a "bug bite" and too use Benadryl cream and pill. These things have not taken over me.
I've tried the oatmeal bath. I haven't changed my diet.
