I Noticed A Small Soft Spot Where I Hit. Is This Normal For A Bump To Occur That Hard?

I hit the back of head last weekend, I saw stars but did not pass out, I have had a slight headache and stiff neck since, I noticed a small soft spot where I hit it is this normal for a bump that hard ? It s the size of a fingerprint just above the base of my skull and neck meet

Hello my name is Dr.Neha I am here to help you. yes it is absolutely normal to have soft fluctuating bump on the site of impact especially if it is on skull. it is due to some body fluid collection. it will resolve automatically. do hot fomentation twice a day.
