I need to know how serious my symptoms are if I need to see a dr or not.The past 5 or 6 months I have had about a total of 4 or 5 times now where I have severe chest pain where it feels like somebody stabbing me in the chest with 100lbs on it as well. It's also like a cramping feeling that comes in waves and each wave is worst than the last. It makes me feel nauseous,very clammy, everything feels cold,and it becomes hard to breath because it feels like my throat is constricting.I have also noticed after the pain finally subsides I have painful hiccups.I haven't noticed any pattern to the cause just that its always at night usually when I am relaxing or in bed. Any insight on to how serious these symptoms are and how I should treat them would be very much appreciated seeing that this worries me and my wife a lot. Thank you for your time.
