I lost my appetite. It's been 2 weeks since this happened and I'm not hungry anymore. I do have a job and I'm still not hungry. I lost a little bit of weight, not because I wanted but because I just can't eat. I don't have anorexia, I used to enjoy eating all kinds of foods because I have a fast metabolism. I used to be 80 kg and I'm 1,85 m tall and now I weigh about 75 kgs. Please help me I don't want to lose anymore weight. and to feel so light headed.
