I live in a very dry city which causes my skin and hair to be very dry but lately ive been getting really annoyed with how dry my lips have been. The corners of my mouth keep splitting and now im even starting to get a rash around my mouth that itches and is peeling along with my lips. Is there anything I can used to keep this from happening all the time? Ive used all the lip balms on the market.
