Hi,
You have not mentioned your age. Any way, chest pain could be due to variety of reasons including hyperacidity, myalgia , hiatus etc. If antacids do not relieve your pain, you need to consult your doctor , he will help you to take away the fear in your mind. Dont be apprehensive, a simple visit to your doctor will solve all your fears.
Best luck.

I understand your concern.

Chest pain is not only because of Heart attack. There are many reason for chest pain.
