I Just Quit A Job That Had Me Working Long

I just quit a job that had me working long hours with minimal to no break time. With minimal time to eat (if at all) during work, I began to lose weight, and I was getting in such irritable moods that leaving was my only option.

I currently weigh approximately 145 lbs, and I am 6'1"

What I am worried about is that I no longer get hungry, and eat very little from day to day since I have to force myself to eat every time. I also have a very dull but chronic ache in my stomach that subsides briefly only when I do eat.

I also recently quit smoking marijuana because I'm in between jobs. I would usually smoke before/after work to get an appetite, otherwise I would not eat all (I got home late usually).

Will forcing myself to eat eventually fix me or should I see a doctor?
