I Hurt My Knee 3 Months Ago And There Was
I hurt my knee 3 months ago and there was a lot of swelling. I went to emergency and xrays were neg.
I am waiting for an mri . if I jog or plant the wrong way,my knee "grabs". there is a grinding in my knee I never had before. I tore the acl in my other knee so I don't think that's it.
