I Have White Spots In Mouth. What Could Be The Reason?

Hello I tried my best to match symptoms but no luck. Maybe a doctor can figure it out or guide me to something. Like last week I woke up with these white spots in my mouth little tiny ones. And they aren't thick but if my tongue went on it will come off. But it's like sticky skin. But later on red bumps start to pop up on my inner top lip. They don't hurt but really annoying when I smile. I looked at stuff like STDS, HIV, AIDS, etc... But my symptoms match up but they don't connect. Also I bite my lips alot inside and out. Plus a bad habit of picking the skin off with my teeth mostly or my hand. I have super dry lips. Like the red bumps are going away slowly but my top lip is red and alittle swollen. I don't have a blister or a cold score. I was thinking it might be an allergic reaction. P.S. im a male, seventeen, 6'2, 135lbs, black

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi. The most probable cause of such a problem is Stomatitis and deficiency of multivitamins. This may occur repeatedly in patients suffering from colitis.
I would advise to see a Doctor, discuss with him, get a treatment in the form of multi-vitamins, therapeutic dose of Vitamin A and D and you will be fine.
