I have very sore joints. I don't remember injuring it at all. It's my left hand and right at the wrist joint if I rub my wrist there is a crunching noise. I have been to the doctor but he just said a sprain. I'm still quite concerened it might be something else. I also have a sore knee joint, right elbow joint and right index finger joint. I hope this isn't the first sign of arthritis. I'm only 36. Thanks
