I Have Suffered Increasingly, From ED Since Suffering A Ruptured

I have suffered increasingly, from ED since suffering a ruptured disc in lower back when I was 50 tears old. Since then, I have had two hip replacements (10 and 5 years ago), and the condition has worsened dramatically since a second lower back disc rupture that occurred when I was 70 years old. Thru exercise the back pain has been controlled (including daily calestedics, and two mile walks), but the effects of numbness on the bottom of my right foot and ED have become noticeably worse. Is there a possibity that lower back nerve damage can be repaired with resorting to surgery?
