I Have Severe Pain In My Right Shoulder. The Doctor

I have severe pain in my right shoulder. The doctor said it is bursitis. I received steroid injections once. The pain decreased temporarily but it's back only about 100 times worse. Sometime I get relief if I hold my arm straight up but kind of support it on the back of my chair. I noticed swelling in my forearm also. Most of the pain is nerve pain, shooting from my shoulder, radiating quite a bit at my inner elbow area and then down to my wrist. What can I do to stop this? I take naproxen sodium all day every day. (2 every 12 hours) I really need relief.
