I Have Scope Surgery And Had The Meniscus On The

I have scope surgery and had the meniscus on the inside of my knee removed in December, still pain and knee keeps feeling like it twisting this was second removal of meniscus 10 yrs ago tore meniscus on outside of knee and had removed got a cortisone shot this week dr said he could do another scope surgery and clean up again but 50 per cent change of success on this, so thinking thats not a good idea he says will eventually need a tkr but not yet, may try some other injection if cortisone does not work. my question is why do we keep doing all of this if only to do tkr later why not now
