I have penile infection.. Two ulcer type red wound on the tip of penis.. And a circular wound on upper foreskin.. So much difficulties to pull back the forskin and chronic burning sensation during urination. Its look like Balanophimitis.. I took the medication. Fluconazole 150 (yesterday) , Althrocin 250 (twice daily) and Levocitrizine (once a day) and Sertacide B cream on affected area but there are no improvement.. What can I do?
