I have paroxysmal hemicrania headaches x 2 years, daily since July, 2015. MRIs in 2011 and 2015 show 2 old lesions with recommendation for follow-up for demyelating disease. I now have angiovascular changes in frontal lobe slightly age advanced. I have confusion, difficulty focusing at different times throughout day, intermittent tingling and numbness on right side with weakness, eyelid drooping, feels like right side of face is being pulled towards ear, severe headache daily since May, 2015, nausea, intermittent vomiting, intermittent tremors, total loss of interest in reading last two years (voracious reader - 3 to 4 books a week). Not able to work complete day for last 2 weeks. CT performed 2/1/16 - no tumors but recommended neurology workup asap.
