I have muscle pain in my right calf. It feels like a twisted towel that has a knife in it. Several months ago, I had multiple ±Charlie Horses" night after night for about 3 weeks. My dR/ upend my calcium and it did stop the spasms, however a. Few months later , this calf pain began and I can't stand in the groc line very long without tears (nearly). I'm going to physical therapy now, but it doesn't seem to be helping. They tried cortisone shots for awhile before therapy thinking sciatica, but they didn't last but a few days. It feels like sciatica only more constant pain that just won't let go. I have had sciatica in my right hip on and off all my life after my mid 20's. I'm 68, but very active until last year when I was diagnosed with a blood marker "turned on full blown attacking joint pain which also radiated down from my waist causing both legs to just "ache" tremendously. Osteoarthritis in my SI joints and all hip sheath are the worst. Anyway if I take 2 hydro codons when I first start hurting, that pain calms down, but the calf pain is not affected by hydro at all. Sorry, this was so long, just looking for another opinion. I take Embrel for the Joint problem, but it does nothing for the calf pain either. Thanks. Roni
