I Have Moderate/sever Rheumatoid Arthritis. I Had A Reaction To

I have moderate/sever rheumatoid arthritis. I had a reaction to methotrexate & got pneumonia in 2014. My ra specialist reduced it. And I took 20 milligrams of prednisone for two & got over the pneumonia. Before the treatment for pneumonia, I swelled like three times my normal size by retaining water. I had an echo of my heart & lungs that showed fluid around my heart and lungs. That's why I couldn't breath very well > had shortness of breath. It's Sunday today, I started retaining water last night. When I awoke the swelling was gone. It's been about five hours & I'm starting to retain water again. I don't have shortness of breath & I'm not that tired. Should I start my prednisone? I've drank lots of fluids & can't see much.
