I have mild tricuspid regurge take 50 mg toperol. Xanax too if I panic fro heart palpitations. I can be very stressed out and not get them and be sitting calmly and get a flurry of them. Had them since I was 25 im 60 now and tonight just reading I felt them by taking pulse when they came in. It was like three fast beats then a slow beat then two fast ones then back to normal. I've had them with hot flashes with caffeine with doing nothing when I breath shallow. What can I do. I take meds tranquilizers magnesium I'm not drinking enough water. I do massage work and swear. Never get them while working seems like at night. I hate laying down I'll get them then. I have Anxiety I believe from these palps. Fear of when u will get them. What if I'm doing a massage and get them or taking a trip. What can I do they are ruling my life. And how do u know if it's arrhythmia or just palps Dr says just breath but I keep thinking what if it's not going to stop. I've gotten them driving alone to pa. That made me panic I got more palps. I don't know if it's hormones tricuspid adrenajjne help please I'm so tired of getting panicked over these
