I have lot of white hair & need a solution with medicine or diet

My age 21 male & I have hair problem i.e. I have lot of white hair I didn t want to colour my hair and I need a solution with medicine or good food please suggest me a good answer

hi Im dr satya and welcome to health care magic.
premature greying of hair is called canites.
greying of hair is usually genetically mediated and a few cases due to zinc deficiency.
replacement of zinc may show a few changes.
no other means of correction other than hair color is an alternative
