I Have Lot Of White Hair And Hair Fall
iam 22 years old . ihave lot of white hair and hair fall . one of the doctor recommended to use clonate lotion .for what it will be useful iwant to know that and is there any side effects

Most of medicine have some or other side effects.If the usefulness is more than side effects ,one can go for it .There si no harm in trying clonate lotion for white hair & hair fall .but also get lots of head massage as it improves blood circulation & quality of hair along with fresh fruits & vegetables..

DO NOT USE CLONATE LOTOION AS IT CONTAIN STEROID
u have hair fall problem so u need to apply minoxidil lotion like mintop .
avoid sun exposure ,smoking ,alcohol .
take high protein diet
u need to take tab biotin
use almond oil
avoid stress and do regular exercise
dont let ur hair too wet for long time
better to consult dermatologist
there is no medicine for the white hair ,u need to do color only .
