I Have Lost Much Of The Tissue On The Bottoms

I have lost much of the tissue on the bottoms of my feet & it hurts when I walk or stand. My right hand swells over the joints when I do housework & type, ongoing for 2 - 3 years progressively getting worse.I can not wear heels & must have 2 or 3 shoe inserts just to bear the pain of walking. My lower back is painful for 3 months & if I vacuum 3 bedrooms of carpet my back hurts so much that I can not hardly move for 3 days & my right hand swells from holding the vacuum cleaner. My hands both swell from typing or use of as little as one hour of repetitive motion such as typing or vacuuming, mowing grass, to the point that it's swollen & looks deformed. My right hand feels cold to the touch not hot if I type on my laptop. My feet & ankles have sharp pains that make it difficult to stand, walk or sit at a desk. It is painful riding in a car. I'm only 52 years old but have been dealing with this for 2-3 years. Also brain fog quite often. I chalked it up to menopause or aging but now the pain is debilitating. What is it?
