I Have Hemorrhoids, Could They Have Been Brought On By Stress ?

I am 15 years old and think I have hemorrhoids could they have been brought on by stress? If so what should I do there is no bleeding and only mild pain and itching.

Are you sure its Piles? Have you seen a dr?
Haemorrhoids are mainly due to Constipation or Sitting for long hours continuously. Take a balanced diet, containing vege's and fruits. Be regualar in you bowel habit. If it doesnt go away or worsens then one has to see a dr.

Stress can be a trigger for hemorrhoids, as it leads to an increased blood pressure. Piles are in fact swollen blood vessels. So if your veins' walls are weakened and your blood pressure is higher than normal, you can get piles.
