I Have Had An MRI But Results Not Conclusive. I

I have had an MRI but results not conclusive. I am going on a cruise in a couple of days and tried Panadol to help relieve the pain in my left shoulder and all the way down my arm. I am 62 years of age and up to now been very healthy. My GP has sent me to a specialist but cannot see him until April 12. Sometimes the pain is more severe different times of the day. I am taking nasgetic acute pain tablets but just started taking them so has not made any hugh difference as yet. Tried Panadol osteo but has not helped. Purchased a sling to hold my arm up while walking on the ship. What else can I do? Cannot take Tramadol.
