I Have Had A Planters Wart On My Right Middle

I have had a planters wart on my right middle finger for over 3 years! I have had it frozen off 4 times. Along with liquid and creams medically described. It has still not gone away? It was actually cut away once and still grew back! It is often very painful, hard to move the first joint in my finger, and my index finger touching the middle finger is growing a Planters wart, along with dark "seeded" areas in the "warts". I really do not know if it is a "wart". What is your advice? I do have an appointment with a dermatologist/surgeon in Feb. FINALLY! I just thought you could shed some light on the subject? Any information would be appreciated, at this time.
