I have had a lot of pain for the last month that comes and goes every day for about 12 hours. It is in my left side of the top of my back, shoulder and down my left arm. It's unbearable and I have jaw pain. I also seem to get a sharp pain in the front left side of my head that comes when it starts and I have never had a headache before. I am a 44 year old female and I have Fibromyalgia, lupus, ulcerative colitis, rheumatism, and metro neuropathy in both legs and arms. I have been disabled for 13 years but this pain is worse than all my regular pain by far. Do you have any ideas what could be causing this? I went to the ER 2weeks ago and they did no tests and said it was a pinched nerve and gave me muscle relaxers which I already take and a steroid which I had already taken for 14 days after it started to try and fix it. I took what she gave me but there has been no relief. Can you please let me know what you think it may be? Oh, also my fingertips are all numb and tingle too. Thanks sincerely, Mia
