I Have Had 3 Blood Tests January PSA 7.2 March

I have had 3 Blood Tests
January PSA 7.2
March PSA 11.6
April PSA 8.6

I was given first PSA test as I had a backache for 5 days after doing some heavy gardening.
There is no History of Prostate Caner in the family.
I have no symptoms what ever - in fact I almost never have to get up in the night!!
I am on no medication. Absolutely normal blood pressure and cholesterol perfect!
Have had two internal examinations doctor & consultant prostate slight enlarged but smooth - both cases.
I am 2 mths off 70.
Hadn't actually been to the doctor for years as no problems but pulled back hadn't improved in first 3 days - it did on the next 2 just by rest.

The web say PSA unrelaiable. So it seems!

Both Doctor & consultant recommend biopsy urgently?

I'm hesitating - should I go for it with some risks - are the risks large?
Should I ask for monitoring - say further blood tests every (?) 4 mths?

I do many long holidays abroad bird watching - say 3 mths at a time.

Any suggestions welcomed!

Cheers
Bill
