I have foot pain, which occurs mostly at night. It is not really associated with being on my feet for long periods and it doesn't happen every night. It helps to keep my feet cool, as when they are bothering me it is worse if my feet are hot. The pain is hard to describe. It has kind of a burning or stinging component. I will sometimes go to bed fine, but wake during the night or in the morning with my feet hurting. What could be causing this?
