I Have Disc Osteophyte Complex On The Left At L5-S1

I have disc osteophyte complex on the left at L5-S1 with mild neural impingement. Lateral bulging of the disc bilaterally at L4 -L5 slightly contacting the adjacent nerve roots, more pronounced in the left. Facet and Ligamentum flavum hypertrophy at multiple levels. What does this mean and is this curable?or acute conditions does it get worse with time?
