for the past two days i have developed a small pores around the rim of the penileshaft,i haven t had sex till now is there any cure.the pores are quite small like the tip of a needle

Hi,there are many conditions that can cause similar signs.If sexually transmitted disease is not nor an option since you've never had sex,there other benign conditions like papules,have to be ruled out.You need to be examined by a skin doctor to be sure.
