I Have Continuous Electrical Sensations. For 18 Months. Feels Like

I have continuous electrical sensations. For 18 months. Feels like a TENS machine only stronger. Not as severe as home electric outlet shock. It moves as a pulsing wave. right now its my legs. Strangely there is a strong sensory dysfunction in my tongue, teeth, oral soft tissue. This oral area is strange. If I feel with a finger, all seems normal. If I feel with tongue, it seems like the tissues move. It seems like electricity is coming out of this area to other areas of my body---even seems to extend beyond the borders of my body. These are a few sensations I have and could go on and on. Recent history includes sinus surgery with 6.5 hours of general anesthesia. I have spinal fusion@ L2-L3. History of SSRI meds, GAD.
