I Have Constant Pain In My Sacroiliac Jiont And It

I have constant pain in my sacroiliac jiont and it radiates up my back into my buttocks and the iliac crest it gets aggravatex by all forms of activity it is very disabling . I am on strong pain killers and at times they don't work I am not able to sleep on my left side because of the pain, it feels deep and it hurts like a constant toothache. I have had a ct scan and it shows normal. I have had this pain for ten years and it is getting worse as each year goes by. I have seen specialist and have had recent hip surgery. The specialist I need to see a professor who deals with more complex areas to do with the sacroiliac jiont.what do you think it could be.ALso I have had lots of physio.
